About the Team
Global Content Hub under the OC (Organizational Culture) department is committed to producing quality content for a global audience of employees with the objective of communicating organizational management philosophies and promoting employees' understanding and practice of our shared values in a highly diversified, globalized and dynamic organization. The sorts of content we create include but aren't limited to creative visual assets, documentary, storytelling and business case sharing. By reinforcing a sense of belonging and teamwork spirit among our colleagues, we hope to continuously inspire passion both at work and in life and reaffirm our pursuit of collective goals and aspirations. Responsibilities
1. Communicate internal stories through various video formats to help employees understand the company's values, mission, and culture.
2. Develop creative concepts and scripts, oversee the direction and quality of execution and content, and take responsibility for the final outcome.
3. Understand the company's management philosophies with a global lens, proactively uncover stories or topics that best resonate with employees across the board.
Qualifications
1. A proven track record in video production, with abilities in directing, editing, and shooting long/mid/short-form videos; 5 years of relevant experience is preferred though not a prerequisite.
2. Experienced in creating different types of videos which include but aren't limited to documentaries, commercials, animation, and montage.
3. Familiar with global trends and good practices in the industry; have a keen understanding of new media.
4. Proactive, curious, creative, and adaptable with strong learning capabilities.
5. A work portfolio that can best showcase your creative talent.
