The video editor will join a growing creative and marketing team based in London where they will have the opportunity to work across several different video formats editing content for:
- Social content – organic & paid ads, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc
- Campaign content – narrative-led hero films
- Retail window screens - up and down the country & Europe
- Branded content & business development materials – yearly showreels
As the editor, you’ll manage material such as footage, audio, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to produce a final film or video product. This is a key role in the post-production process and your keen eye for detail will determine the quality and delivery of the finished result.
To help bring life some edits we need someone who has a base understanding of motion graphics and design to implement into videos, helping elevate the content and giving it a premium feel. We’d also like someone who has a basic understand of audio editing to help sound design certain projects and fix audio issues.
This role will work in close partnership with the Lead Editor & wider social team editing footage that over the past two years that has included top-tier athletes such as Lionel Messi, Bruno Fernandez, Jack Grealish, Mason Mount, Conor Benn, Emma Radacanu, Bernardo Silva, Carl Frampton, Ellen White to name a few!!

- Receiving a brief and in some cases an outline of footage and/or a shot list.
- Digitally cutting files to put together the sequence of the film and deciding what's usable.
- Creating a 'rough cut' (or assembly edit) of the video and determining the exact cutting for the next and final stages.
- Reordering and fine-tuning the content to ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the video.
- Experimenting with styles and techniques including the design of graphic elements
- Selecting relevant music & sound FX to support the video.
- Correcting faulty footage, grading and colouring and adding special effects.
- Creating and implementing titles, motion graphics & animations to videos.
