We're seeking a talented individual with a passion for storytelling through video and motion graphics over a variety of multimedia platforms.
We are a content team that works at speed and has our hearts set on changing the lives of women all over the world through our value-driven content and award-winning coaching programme.
We offer flexible working, with two/three days spent working from home each week. As our office is located in central Liverpool, the successful applicant will need to be within travelling distance.

Responsibilities:
- Creation of internal and external education and marketing content
- Creating and editing multimedia video content utilising A-roll footage, B-roll stock footage, audio and 2D motion graphics for social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
- Collaboration with the content team on creative ideas for internal comms and external marketing content
- Understanding of basic camera skills for photography and videography as and when needed
- Understanding of marketing and the specifics of different social media platforms including keeping up to date with trends and changes across social media platforms
- Addition of closed captions to video content
- Creation of educational materials including graphics, video & photography
- Primarily office based in Liverpool city centre with option to work at home 2 x per week
- Attend content team and whole team meetings
Expectations:
- Creative attention to detail while understanding the need for efficiency and timely production
- Excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Ability to work under deadline pressure
- Confidence to accept creative critique and make necessary adjustments to edits as per the direction of the team. Confidence to communicate honest thoughts on the direction of the creative
- Understand production schedule and techniques
- Must possess strong planning and organisational skills
- Must be willing to work as part of a team, including communicating daily with leadership and other team members
- Passion, energy and determination to be part of a rapidly growing global health and well-being organisation
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
