About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a role in the success of a start-up and put your digital skills to the test. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for all aspects of video and animation production/editing, on multiple social media platforms. Our brand will be built around our YouTube channel, Instagram and TikTok, so the production of high value content is essential.
We are looking for a confident creative who can demonstrate a genuine passion for the world of design, creative and social media.
Responsibilities
· Using Adobe Suite or similar programs to produce high quality video content for social media.
· Editing video with tight deadlines to a consistently high level.
· Suggesting creative solutions and putting forward own ideas for innovative content and storyboarding.
· Collaborate with freelance 3D Animators, designers and the social media team to produce outstanding work.
· Encoding videos and audio to upload to a variety of social platforms.
· Creating attractive thumbnails and other artwork for YouTube videos / social platforms.
Successful candidates will:
· Intermediate to advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop
· Technically skilled in all aspects of video and audio production and not afraid to get hands-on with new technology.
· Knowledge of encoding and optimisation for specific social platforms
· Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
· Strong editorial sense both visually and in terms of storytelling.
· High work-ethic and self-motivation.
Qualifications
· Video Editing: 2 years (Required)
· Bachelor's 2:1 (Required)
Salary: Dependant on experience
