Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager and be an ambassador for Søstrene Grene. You will support the STM and the team to offer our customers a fantastic shopping experience though first-class customer service.
Working in partnership with the STM accountable for elements of recruitment, training and setting direction for members of the store team to always ensure high performance / productivity. Including, supporting the STM to schedule rotas and assigning tasks using our work management cloud-based system.
Supporting the STM to lead the team on the shop floor, using your experience of positive team development and consistent daily management.
This is a very active, floor-based assistant management role and no two days are the same.
