Job description
We are the UK's fastest growing independent media channel and are looking for a part time production crew to create dynamic, stylish and engaging high end content for Youtube and social media.
The job will entail editing news reports, vox pops, interviews, mini documentary pieces, show clips, inserts for live programming and promotional clips. We are looking not just for someone with strong editing skills, but someone with a keen interest in current affairs and the ability to identify content that is both interesting and relevant to our audience.
The most vital criteria is the ability to edit incredibly quickly when needed & operate a C300. We will need rapid response videos during certain politics and cultural events.
The ability to create very stylish, VOX, New York Times style video explainers with graphics will be important too.
This is a position based in Central London.
Proficiency Requirements
- Final Cut Pro X
- Adobe Photoshop
- Canon C300 operation
- General news knowledge
Preferred Skills
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
