What are we looking for?
We are looking for a talented Process Manager to prepare business units across the Customer Care Centre into a regionalized structure. You will do this via the creation of process material, establishing best practice for each business area, with a target of a “single call” solution to calling customers, improving customer retention. You will take responsibility for monitoring process adherence through reporting and customer satisfaction survey and identify solutions for continuous improvement.

Demonstrable experience in problem solving focused on deep dive process efficiencies

Able to work occasional out of hours, which could include weekends and evenings.
