The Role

We’re looking for a talented Video Editor that is skilled in motion graphics to join our creative team to produce fun and engaging content to drive the continued growth of our Rapanui and Teemill brands.

The primary responsibility of this role will be editing in-house video content and ads. Turning technical know-how into visually striking content to be rolled out across our social media channels as well as the Teemill platform.

You will collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to ensure our marketing content is delivered at the highest level and to always push the boundaries to achieve the final creative visions.

If you are someone with a background in video editing with a natural affinity for attention to detail and a passion for the latest trends and techniques this is an exciting opportunity to work on projects for some of the biggest brands and charities in the UK, with fast track career progression to grow as a professional creative.

Whilst Teemill is growing internationally, this role is initially based at our HQ on the Isle of Wight.

Some of the things you’ll be responsible for:

Editing in-house video content to be used across multiple social media channels (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok) as well as within the Teemill platform
Collaborate with videographers and photographers to ensure the content being produced is on track and what is needed to fulfil the brief
Collaborate with the marketing and creative team on developing video briefs, bringing fresh ideas to the table
Implementing workflow best practices to ensure that content is produced on deadline and produced to the highest quality
Ensuring our video content is always on trend and being taken to the next level by continually developing and improving the quality of videos being produced

This role is for you if:

You are passionate about video/film and and always looking to improve and grow as a professional creative
You have expert knowledge of Adobe Suite (particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects)
You Feel comfortable behind the camera as you will occasionally be required to assist filming/operating a camera
You have understanding of visual storytelling
You have exceptional attention to detail and don't settle for anything below par
You have a strong affinity with layout and typography with a sound knowledge of fundamental design principles
You're a confident team player who is able to clearly communicate ideas, issues and solutions
You have exceptional organisational skills and can manage multiple projects and workflows
You're able to demonstrate a versatility in creative content styles
You're willing to learn and take on feedback
