**This role is in office in our Tempe, Arizona location. It is not remote or hybrid***
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Strong experience with Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop essential with emphasis in motion graphics and text animation.
- Experience editing media for paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Youtube Ads) preferred.
- Experience with videography and/or graphic design is a huge bonus.
- Experience with work management platforms Monday, Asana, and/or Trello is a huge bonus
- Maintain poise and composure while managing numerous ongoing projects with poise.
- Flexible and open to new challenges as the business evolves.
- High attention to detail and professional design.
- Cultural fit - a proactive team player who chooses collaboration over ego.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Turn raw video footage into world-class media used in paid marketing, organic social media, and paywalled course content.
- Collaborate the marketing team to establish desired feel and look for video campaigns.
- Gather and transfer, and store multiple media file formats.
- Improve video and sound quality using various software.
- Edit video for audio/video quality, include preselected music, insert interviews and sound clips.
- Ensure correct formatting according to specifications.
- Utilize project management software to communicate and track status.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-7 years of Video Editing experience, videography, media production, or filmmaking.
- Professional mastery of Creative Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Ability to collaborate well with other creative professionals.
- Google Suite proficiency.
