The job
Reporting to the Creative Director, the role of Video Creative is an important one that offers a fantastic opportunity to work with entrepreneurial start-ups, challenger brands and market leaders.
You will be a key member of the video team, with responsibility for producing exciting, inspiring and bespoke video content for multiple channels, including social (working primarily with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects).
Who we’re looking for
You have an understanding and appreciation of all aspects of what goes into video production, plus an appetite to learn and grow into areas such as sound design, storyboarding and working with production partners on location.
However, whilst technical skills are required, strong soft skills are just as important. This includes the ability to take a client’s brief and transform it into an engaging piece of video content, as well as the ability to thrive in a team environment, have an aptitude for making quick, quality decisions, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while retaining a great sense of humour.
