Signage and Large Format Print Specialists Based in Auldhouse Retail Park, Glasgow.
At The Poster Company, we work with a variety of design studios to provide print solutions for event, marketing etc. We run Large Format Roland printers and a Roland CAMM1 Vinyl Cutter. Our workshop is close to Pollockshaws west train station and various shops at Auldhouse retail park, We are a small company with a large client base throughout Glasgow and beyond.
We are looking for a Mac Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Adobe CC (specifiacally illustrator) and be able to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise with artwork or with the systems. The Mac Operator will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the print machines, checking clients artwork, providing technical support. The successful candidate should also have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Mac computers and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Run the large format printers & handle material
- Provide technical support
- Maintain accurate records of jobs via our system
- General admin
Experience
- Adobe CC - Required
- Large Format Printing - Preferred but not required
- Admin -Preferred but not required
- General IT Knowledge - Required
