Vice President, Marketing

AnitaB.org is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to join our team. As a key leader, the Vice President of Marketing will help craft messaging, brand strategy, value proposition PR, marketing mix, campaigns and manage the marketing team.

Here's what you'll do

    Work to build a clear strategic vision and create, implement, and manage a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy that aligns with AnitaB.org overall goals and objectives.
    Build, guide and grow a world-class marketing team, ensuring they work efficiently and effectively towards common goals.
    Develop strategies and delegate motions that fall under marketing organization including web, SEO/SEM, social, segmentation, research/testing/validation, sales messaging and collateral, multi-channel media, event support, communications, PR and others.
    Leverage data and analytics to drive strategic decisions. This includes interpreting complex data, optimizing ROI, and creating a testing and validation process for marketing campaigns, products, and strategies.
    Embrace current technologies and marketing trends and pivot strategies to align with evolving market conditions or business goals.
    Foster strong internal communication and collaboration actively bridging gaps between the marketing department and other business units.
    Set, meet and exceed Marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    Manage key dates and dependencies.

Here's what we hope you'll bring

    Professionalism in team and external stakeholder interactions and communications, including honesty, integrity, respect, and commitment to advancing global, regional, and local DEI, in keeping with an organization with a mission to promote women and non-binary diversity, equity and inclusion in society and the workplace.
    Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director or another senior role.
    Ability to manage and develop a team of marketing professionals.
    Experience building and managing quarterly and annual budget.
    Adaptable, comfortable making sense of ambiguity, capable of adjusting strategies and tactics in response to changes in the business environment.
    The ability to effectively communicate marketing goals and initiatives, understand and incorporate the needs and goals of other departments, and establish a cohesive, AnitaB.org-wide approach to achieving business objectives.
    Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
    Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics, CRM software, digital marketing tools and research tools and techniques.
    Strong leadership skills with ability to communicate effectively externally and across the organization.
    Strong analytical and project management skills
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field

The salary range for this position is $146,200 - $182,700, plus competitive benefits, including health insurance and 403(b) discretionary match. Consistent with pay equity best practices, we are proud to present only our best and final non-negotiable offer. The offer is based on the candidate's location and subject to change if the candidate or employee relocates.
