Job description
The mission of the Firmwide Chief Data Office team is to enable at-scale development, testing, deployment, and continuous integration and delivery of data and AI/ML technologies in order to drive fundamental improvement in the quantity and quality of AI training data sets, accelerate AI / BI delivery (measured in days and months), and improve AI / BI performance.
Enable a firmwide data & AI ecosystem with integrated platform, controls, compliance, and responsible AI. Provide the foundation and support for our business partners to consistently deliver data & AI solutions within targets, and in turn, create next generation market share. As an FCDO Product Delivery Associate, you will become an integral part of the team helping to driving forward the data & AI/ML agenda across the entirety of the firm by supporting its strategic priorities and driving towards an efficient data development lifecycle and ensuring compliance with applicable firmwide policies (Cloud, Cyber, Data, Technology).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop content to drive the execution of our firmwide data strategy
- Facilitate communications and reviews with key stakeholders in data & AI/ML development across JPMC
- Conduct stakeholder interviews across firmwide groups including data, cloud, cybersecurity, technology, and data assurance, to understand policies currently governing data AI development
- Assist with implementation of strategy and policy changes, overseeing changes to data platforms and advising business lines and control functions through the change process
- Manage day-to-day execution of FCDO projects
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- A degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
- Exceptional critical thinking and acute attention to detail
- Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of data management, including knowledge of data analysis, data management platforms, cloud, data products
- Knowledge of machine learning is preferred but not required, including knowledge of machine learning techniques, development practices, and underlying technologies
