As a Demand and Supply Chain Planning Manager, you’ll manage the overall planning and forecasting across the UK and ROI ensuring that the weekly, monthly and yearly planning cycles are maintained and that stock quality, inventory and availability targets are reached. Managing your team of Demand Planners, you’ll ensure that they establish and maintain processes with their business areas, that reports are accurate and KPIs are achieved.
You’ll be based out of our fantastic Birchwood park office (WA3 6XG) but you’ll also have the opportunity to work from home 40% of the time.

You’ll need extensive operational experience of leading a demand planning team in a large volume-based business, with a detailed understanding of each area in the overall cycle. You’ll further be able to demonstrable experience in managing, supporting, coaching and developing colleagues with the ability to influence teams across the business.
You’ll be working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, so will need to have excellent communication, negotiation, persuading and influencing skills. It’s also important that you have a desire to solve problems and continually improve our systems and processes.
