Purovets have an exciting new opportunity for a Registered Night Nurse to take a step up into a senior position and lead a fantastic team in a fantastic referral hospital in High Wycombe, with fantastic transport links to the city centre, with great local amenities and gorgeous greenery, what’s not to like!
The role is multifaceted and engaging offering a great day to day variety. For example you would be perfecting your skills in patient recovery, pricing and paperwork, discharges, handovers, communication with clients, ensuring all patients receive gold standard care Supporting the Clinical Services Manager and nursing teams in the smooth and effective running of wards and prep, including reviewing SOPs, building rotas that utilise resources, and to helping to prioritise the workflow to ensure the OOH service runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in referral nursing and experience in OOH nursing at a referral level. Previous team leader experience would be advantageous but not necessary.
The practice is equipped with state of the art facilities, with the latest diagnostic equipment and surgical equipment including on site MRIs and CT scanners, the team of Nurses work with industry leading recognised specialists and a great team of interns. The Night Nurse Team Leader role is key in ensuring the team are providing exceptional care to impatients, pre and post surgery and for non surgical/medical cases, as well as in supporting the clinical services Manager and the night teams, including RVNs, Nurse Auxiliaries and Kennel assistants.

Salary: £37,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Education:
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience:
- Veterinary experience: 1 year (preferred)
