Job description
We are seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join the fantastic team near Warwick.
The permanent position is working 40 hours per week (SVN 43 hours per week) with 1 in 6 weekends (TOIL for the weekends).
In this diverse and dynamic role, you’ll be an RCVS Registered Nurse or final year Student Veterinary Nurse with small animal practice experience, you put high standards of patient care first and can demonstrate how you’ve worked with empathy and demonstrated initiative when needed. You also understand not only your role but also the capabilities of PCA’s and student nurses, and are eager to help colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge.
You will be working alongside a supportive RVN and have access to a fully equipped practice including digital x-ray, ultrasound, flexible and rigid endoscopy, multiparameter monitor and orthopaedic equipment. Other facilities include 3 consult rooms, 1 dental room, a theatre, imaging room and separate cat and dog kennel areas as well as isolation kennels and recovery kennels in a large prep room with 2 additional work stations.
