Joining our professional, personable team in our Bedworth Heath Road practice, you’ll deliver exceptional care by going beyond consulting to listen and empathising, putting patients and clients first, always.
As well as your day to day duties within practice caring for your patients and clients, you will play a key role in leading and managing the team. You will have the drive and ambition to develop the practice client base, ensuring high standards of care are always delivered.
As qualified MRCVS, you’ll already have good experience gained in small animal practice. You’ll be competent in clinical examination and surgery and confident working sole charge or as part of the wider team. Sharing our values being trustworthy, caring and progressive, you will have all the softer skills essential to working effectively and empathetic, such as good communication skills, mediation experience, and the ability to share knowledge and lead by being an outstanding, positive example to others.

The role is working full time 4 days per week plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, however flexible working requirements will also be considered to suit your individual needs.
Salary package up to £60,000 per annum (FTE)

It is close to the United Kingdom’s second biggest city, Birmingham, while at the same time offering easy access to the beautiful countryside and historic towns like Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick.
Our light and airy spacious branch has been refurbished to provide excellent well-equipped facilities including separate dog, cat and isolation wards, large spacious prep area, large theatre, 3 consulting rooms, digital x-ray, ultrasound and dental x-ray. You will be exposed to a varied and interesting caseload in our state-of-the-art clinic.
