We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to come and join our friendly team. We have two practices one in Walton On Thames and one in Molesey.
We are looking for someone happy to work a 30-40 hour week on a rota including 1 in 3 Saturdays.
The hours would be between 08:30 and 19:00 set out in a weekly rota.
The job role will involve:
Answering Phones
Responding to Emails
Checking our personal messaging service and answering queries from clients
Auto ordering stock for the surgery
Receieving in stock
Sending out accounts
Chasing clients for payments
Processing isnurance claims
Cleaning the reception area and making sure its presentable for clients
Restocking Consult Rooms
Assisting the vets and nurses when necessary
Scanning and filing
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: £21,174.00-£22,464.00 per year

Experience:
- Veterinary Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
