As a Truck Driver in Cary, NC, you’ll use your top-notch warehouse and distribution skills to manage the warehouse. Working as a fundamental member of the logistics team, you will be a key partner to Operations, Quality Food Safety, Environmental Health, and Safety personnel. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Setting the Pace - Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere to increase efficiencies. Working closely with the Operations Shift Supervisor, Quality Food Safety and Environmental Health & Safety personnel.- Always Accountable - Maintaining a strong safety focus while looking out for the well-being of fellow co-workers. Delivering exceptional customer service by effective communication between co-workers and management.
- Making things Happen – You will engage in various responsibilities.
- Shift Availability – You will support night operations. Shift time is 6pm-6am; workdays will vary.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Experience working in a yard moving trailers.- Ability to meet all our identified driving requirements, (e.g., moving trailers).
- Must have a valid CDL-A license.
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotational shift pattern. Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a team environment with exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to use basic math and interpret schedules, charts, diagrams, and reports.
- Ability to lift - up to 50lbs, Ability to operate pallet jacks and powered industrial jacks (electrical Jacks).
