We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Hospital Manager to join the best veterinary team in SF. Irving Pet Hospital has completed an extensive expansion and remodel. Our current team is comprised of 6 doctors (and growing) and embodies a large, caring, empathetic, and compassionate team. We are a state-of the-art hospital hosting a diverse team and clientele.
We are looking for the right leader to help us build a team of leaders and veterinary professionals committed to the industry and our future. The Hospital Manager must have experience driving KPIs, establishing processes, recruiting top talent, and developing team members and leaders. The Hospital Manager will lead the hospital through restructuring and be an astute leader through change-management. You will be an integral part of team building, team growth, and support us we strive to become a 10 doctor practice. You will lead by example and exemplify the highest standards of patient care and customer service. LEADERSHIP

FINANCIAL
- Oversees the maintenance and management of accounts payable
- Monthly reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts
- Oversight of COGS and inventory throughout the hospital
- Follows and maintains financial budget as set by the Chief of Operations and Owner
- Works with the Chief of Operations and Chief of Staff to set goals for hospital performance and growth based on performance and mission/vision; designs strategies for meeting these goals
- Works collaboratively to promote financial growth opportunities and evaluate service pricing methods and protocols, while controlling administrative, operational, inventory and facility costs
OPERATIONAL
- Oversees and provides compliance with government agency requirements and requests
- Ensures that all licensure and accreditation requirements are up to date and standards are met working in conjunction with the Chief of Operations
- Oversees staff schedule and coordination of clinic coverage
- Coordinates with Chief of Operations and Chief of Staff to recruit, retain, review and develop employee talent
- Coordinates quality reviews and facilitates resolution of client and staff complaints
- Coordinates and oversees IT program in conjunction with Chief of Operations and owner
- Be able to effectively manage time and responsibilities across a wide range of demands.
- Prioritizing and meeting deadlines, manage and implement change initiatives, compartmentalize tasks
Identify inefficiencies in practice protocols and procedures that limit productivity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $86,000.00 - $124,077.67 per year
