Software Admin

We are Vet-AI, and we are delivering the pet care of the future. Our flagship app, Joii Pet Care was created to make pet care affordable and accessible for all pet owners. Through Joii, pet mums and dads can video call a vet 24/7, use an intelligent pet symptom checker (think NHS 111 but for pets), or seek preventative care through nurse clinics. And yes - it can all be done from the comfort of home - drastically reducing the need for in-person vet trips.

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, self-starter to join the team at Vet-AI. As part of our existing Software Admin team, you will work on a series of daily tasks across our mobile and internal applications. These tasks will be vital in assisting in the day to day running of the company
Key Responsibilities:
- Input algorithms within the CMS using validation rules and appropriate workflows
- Test Algorithms are displaying and behaving correctly within the Joii app for both iOS and Android platforms
- Debug and problem solve any errors and escalate where appropriate to the relevant departments
- Maintain and update existing algorithms where needed
- Use the triage google analytics dashboard to analyse algorithm productivity and user flows, highlight problem areas of user drop outs and low conversion rates and explore possible solutions to improve outcomes
- A/B test different user flows and analyse results to ensure optimisation of algorithms and userJourneys
- Conduct competitive analysis of other apps and websites
- Good understanding of google suite tools to collate data, report and visualise findings
- Work across multiple departments to achieve business objectives and key results
Requirements:
- A comprehensive understanding of Veterinary Medicine and products
- Ability to think logically and an understanding of logic gates (AND,OR etc). With debugging, analytical and problem solving skills
- Flexible, Independent and self driven. Able to progress work without close supervision
- A great communicator and team player. Clear and effective communication is essential at Vet-AI.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies, approaches and concepts and apply them to the work
