Pet People is a rapidly growing, independent award-winning Veterinary practice in South-West London, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Advisor to join our brilliant and welcoming team. - A genuine love of animals and the pet-owner bond
- Previous veterinary experience not essential but preferred
- Fantastic client customer service skills
- Adaptable and quick-thinking
What you will be doing:
- Greeting and interacting face-to face with customers and their pets
- Managing the day-to-day running of the waiting room: phone communications, managing the mailbox, payments and daily financial summaries, taking pride in the appearance and upkeep of the waiting room, supporting the vets and nurses in the administration of the day.
- Administration of the clinic including insurance claims, debt management and some financial reporting
- Driving the success of the business with a great attitude and positive outlook
- Working alongside a great and diverse team to support the clinical team of fantastic vets and nurses we have here

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
