Flexible working that is truly flexible. We can support part time applicants as well as term time only hours! A typical full time role would be between 35 to 40 hours per week, including Saturday working on a maximum of a 1 in 4 rota basis. Your weekday working week would be split over 4, set days and would be between the hours of 8.30am and 6.15pm. Tell us what you need, and we will do our best to accommodate it!

Our St. Anne’s branch is located in the seaside town of Lytham St. Anne’s, a popular holiday destination and a scenic residential spot on the Fylde Coast. It is within a one hour’s drive of Preston, Liverpool and the Lake District… but with Blackpool on your doorstep who could possibly want more?!
St. Anne’s has an established team of an experienced RVN, Kennel Assistant and a receptionist who will welcome a dynamic and experienced vet to join them. Initially, the role entails sole charge working however team growth is anticipated to allow for an expansion of services. We can consider applications from those looking for both full and part time roles but we are open to discuss particular working pattern requests. We understand the requirement for flexibility within our industry and are delighted to have the infrastructure to nurture this.
We are a multisite practice situated across Lancashire. We have 6 operating branches in addition to our main RCVS Tier 3 accredited hospital – all our branches are accredited by the RCVS under the Practice Standards Scheme. Our core senior team is made up of certificate holders in Medicine and Surgery and we actively encourage and support Certificate study. We have a talented team of 11 Veterinary Surgeons, supported by an extensive team of Registered Veterinary Nurses and Animal Nursing Assistants.
Our hospital in Clayton le Dale is well equipped with a CT scanner, advanced ultrasound, endoscopy, digital X-ray, dental radiography, and multiple surgical suites, as well as an onsite hydrotherapy & rehabilitation centre. The area has great transport links and is within 1 hour of Manchester and Liverpool airport and you can be in London within 2hrs on the train. Lancashire has a good mix of rural vs city. Clayton Le Dale boasts some of the best hidden gems of walking country and locally offers a broad selection of traditional pubs, restaurant, cafes and shops.
