Veterinary Surgeon

Highcroft Vets has a fantastic opportunity for a veterinary surgeon to join our well-established practice. Our clinic in East Sussex will give you access to a varied caseload with a mix of both consults and surgery.

We offer a 4-day working week with just 1:4 Saturdays, there is no out of hours duties associated with this role.

Salary
Salary for the role is up to £70,000 per annum depending on experience
Welcome Bonus of up to £2,000
Relocation allowance of up to £5,000

About us
Highcroft is a small animal practice based in Hailsham, East Sussex, close to an area of outstanding natural beauty, approximately 7 miles from the coast.
PSS accredited (General Practice) and a Veterinary Nurse Training Centre, we are dedicated to high quality care. Highcroft Vets is well equipped with excellent digital X-ray facilities, high quality ultrasound, dental X-ray, iM3 dental station and up to date anaesthetic monitoring, along with regularly updated, team- driven policies and protocols to ensure standards are met whilst also maintaining job satisfaction.
Our in-house laboratory includes a full range of IDEXX analysers, Class IV K-laser is used both post operatively and during VN clinics. Separate cattery, kennel and isolation areas plus an outdoor exercise area offer excellent inpatient facilities.
Due to being well-established, we have excellent relationships with other clinical groups in the area. We pride ourselves on being able to deliver a high standard of care, to help us do that we have access to excellent facilities across the group.
