FM Conway is currently seeking Plant Operators to undertake a range of roles within our Civil Engineering division, working on projects within Kent, Essex and London. The roles include 360 Plant Operators, Dumper Drivers and Forklift Operators. This is an extremely exciting time to join FM Conway due to the range and scope of projects we are currently working on.

The Plant Operator Role
As a Plant Operator you will operate a range of plant including 360’s, Dumpers and Forklifts. We are looking for either multi-skilled operators or people with individual plant tickets.
What we’re looking for in our Plant Operator
You will have previous experience within civil engineering, alongside excellent communication and team working skills. Ideally you will either be CPCS or NPORS qualified with a lifting OPS ticket, or you will have experience of working as a Dumper Driver of Forklift Operator and will hold the relevant tickets. To be considered for this role you must hold a full clean UK driving licence.
