Job description
Venue Manager required for full time position in busy establishment.
Essential Criteria:
2-3 years recent experience fulfilling a similar role in a food and beverage pub environment.
Knowledge and experience of events including live music, tv sports, functions and day to day running of a busy pub
Flexibility to work days/evenings/weekends/public holidays
Experience of cocktails and premium spirits
Experience of food service
Proficient in the operating of till system
2-3 years experience of key holding responsibilities in hospitality environment
Desirable Criteria:
1 years experience working in a smilier venue
Recognised hospitality qualification
