We are looking for an experienced Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our venue, Prison Island. The right candidate will possess great leadership skills and be able to effectively delegate tasks to a growing team of new and old staff as well as having a sound knowledge of working with the public, ideally in an entertainment environment. You will need to have a strong work ethic, be career driven, and be very self-motivated.

The Venue Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Manage customer relations, including dealing with customer service issues and complaints.
- Manage venue staffing and venue operations.
- Create daily and weekly plans and job lists for staff.
- Deal with any staff issues that may arise.
- Implement and follow through with daily and weekly plans for staff to carry out.
- Effectively run the day to maximise time usage.
We would like all applicants to have knowledge of Prison Island and/or Escape rooms and also have previous experience with serving alcohol to customers in a bar type environment. Candidates will need to have the ability to work long hours as some shifts will require this (from 9am until 11pm). There may be an element of lone working with the need for staff to be able to open/close the building.
Full training will be provided on the job, with appropriate training courses available for all successful staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
