We have a new opportunity for a Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer to join our regional business in Scotland. As Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer your role will be varied and can involve visiting multiple sites daily in Inverness and surrounding areas. You will receive full training and ongoing support in this role to enable you to become the best in your field.
Reporting to the Regional Service Manager your key responsibilities are:
· Weekly flushing
· Water temperature monitoring
· Shower cleaning and descaling
· Cleaning and disinfecting of cold-water storage tanks
· TMV servicing
· Annual cold water storage tank checks
Required Skills:
· GCSE Maths & English
· Good IT skills as data is recorded on smartphones through use of a service app
· Excellent organisation and time keeping skills working to deadlines
· Clear and confident communication skills
· Standards, systems, procedures, and process focused
· Self-motivated, using own initiative, desire to learn and achieve
· A full clean driving license is required for this position
· You may be required to travel around your region with the need for an occasional overnight stay
