Job description

You will champion the sale of high-quality venue hire across multiple English Heritage sites, with the majority of events taking place at our London sites. Venue Hire & Filming is an area of opportunity for English Heritage. This includes the sale hospitality events, third party hire and filming hire at our sites. You will ensure English Heritage is competitive and profitable in its delivery of hires. You will deliver on sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service to clients, successful supplier management and collaborative working across English Heritage is essential to succeed in this role. You will line manage the Venue Hire Sales Coordinators who will support you in ensuring that sales targets and KPI's are met. You will be based at one of our London, Swindon or Regional Offices or as a Homeworker. There is a flexible approach to working from home but you will be expected as part of your working week to work early mornings, evenings and weekends to deliver our venue hire programme. This role will include national travel and stays away from home.
