An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Venue Coordinator to join our venues team based at home.
As part of your role, you will work with in collaboration with the Venues Manager and Managing director, researching venues, shows and events within your designated area. You will support the business objectives, bring a fresh approach and new ideas to build on our current venue pool, finding new and exciting venues for our professional fundraisers to work.
Your duties will include: -
- Researching venues, shows and events within your designated area.
- Booking venues within your area by telephone and email.
- Completing necessary paperwork associated with bookings.
- Produce weekly Rota’s for the Fundraisers within your area.
- Building and maintaining relationships with relevant contacts for future bookings
- Maintaining your venues diary with up-to-date bookings contact information.
- Working with our IT Analyst to analyse venue statistics.
- Attend regular team meetings.
- Deal with last minute changes to venues, including last minute cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.

About you:
To join the team you will: -
- Have experience working in an administrative role, ideally with venue booking experience.
- Have customer service experience, dealing with people over the phone.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Be highly organised with have excellent administration skills.
- Work well under pressure.
- To be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Drive
- Have a positive attitude, high level of self-motivation and a strong work ethic.

Salary: £21,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
