Job description

This a great time to join us at Rock Compliance. With the growth of the business, we now require a Ventilation Hygiene Engineer to join the team and become part of our success story. You will be covering work in London and the surrounding areas.

As a Ventilation Hygiene Engineer, you will help us to enable our clients to remain compliant with various HSE requirements and provide ongoing support with duct cleaning & air hygiene contracts. Experience is desirable, but not essential. You will be IT literate and comfortable working on ladders and access platforms.

Key responsibilities:

· Grease extraction clean ensuring you understand the principles of grease extraction systems

· Carry out pre and post-clean reports to TR19 standards

· Detailed surveys of ductwork systems

· Clean ventilation ductwork and air handling units using rotary brush equipment

· Testing of fire dampers and completion of the basic fire damper survey

· Survey all types of ventilation systems and provide comprehensive reports

You will need to have a full driving licence as you will being travelling from site to site in a company van.

Our Level 3 Ventilation Hygiene Engineers earn up to £25,000 per annum when they can survey and provide comprehensive reports on ventilation hygiene systems, make recommendations on complexed systems and act as a lead engineer on multi engineer sites.
