Vehicle Sales Order Administrator required in North Bristol. Starting salary up to £25-27,000 per annum. Guaranteed 5 day week covering Monday to Saturday 8:30am-6:00pm on a rota basis. Reporting to the Head of Business and working with a friendly accounts/administration team, as a Vehicle Sales Order Administrator you will work be responsible for providing a pro-active support to the car sales and management teams in the function of processing car sales to the point of delivery to the customer. You will manage each step of the process between order and handover being responsible for various tasks such as keeping customers updated with their order, vehicle registration and taxing via AFRL, maintaining vehicle files, checking and preparing reports for internal and external use, arranging handovers, raising invoices and supporting the payment process, and other ad-hoc administration duties. Do you need prior experience for the role? In short; no! Current or recent experience working as a Vehicle Sales Administrator or similar is highly advantageous to our client however they are very open to considering candidates with no prior automotive experience provided they come from an administration/customer service orientated background and are looking to undertake a new exciting challenge in the trade. A UK driving license with minimal points and an interested in cars would be beneficial but is not essential. Overall you will be able to deliver the very highest level of administrative support through strong communication skills, very strong organisational skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (Kerridge/Keyloop preferable).
