ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to establish themselves within a large organisation who can offer stability and training with the opportunity of a great long term career!
- Responsible for selling additional stock of tobacco and tobacco alternative products to independent retail through van sales
- Achieving monthly sales targets and taking payments in the form of cash/credit cards
- Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times and building relationships with retail outlets
- Extensive trainings including brand and industry knowledge, business and interpersonal skills, and continuous in-field coaching
- Lots of opportunities to progress within a realistic timescale into more senior positions
- Covering Hemel & Leighton Buzzard
ABOUT YOU:
Essentials:
- A full clean driving license
- Live within less than 1-hour commute from home to the chosen base territory
- Basic use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft outlook)
Experience, Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience in customer facing environments or B2B field-based role
- Outgoing and positive personality, excellent communicator able to influence others
- Great team player but also able to work independently and effectively
- Can do attitude, focused on solutions
- Manages time and priorities to ensure maximum productivity
- Strong will to succeed with the ability to self-track targets
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive Base Salary - £28,000
- Bonus: Annually up to 30%, available upon achieving targets
