Position: Van Delivery Driver
Job type: Full time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday (Day shift starting at 06:00), Average of 50 hours per week
Salary: On target earning £27,000 to £30,000
Experience:
- Applicant must hold a clean driving licence
- 1 year of experience of Multidrop
Requirements:
- Full UK Drivers licence
Job Description
Ø Applicants should be self-motivated, proactive and able to use their own initiative.
Ø You will be required to deliver glass to customers premises and sites as required.
Ø As a driver, you will be required to safely load and offload goods as applicable.
Ø Ensure all glass is loaded safely onto the van and securely strapped down
Ø Ensure you have all relevant paperwork before setting off in the morning for delivery.
Ø Ensure all paperwork is completed in accordance with company policy
Ø Undertake all internal / external training as required by the company
Ø As a front-line representative of the company, you will have to be professional and well presented at all times.
Ø You will be required to speak English and communicate clearly with customers
Ø Any other additional duties as assigned by your manager, as required
