Valuer/Lister Position - London Bridge Looking to become a main valuer/lister in a flagship office? This is an exceptional opportunity to be a part of a growing independent estate agency brand. This office are looking to continue growth plans by adding a Valuer/Lister there already well established Lettings team. The fast paced flagship office operates out of London Bridge and already have an impressive track record of successful billings alongside a healthy portfolio of managed stock. Working for an independent brand gives the said candidate a great opportunity to take control of their own desk and really elevate their career. The current lettings team set up in this office is a team of 6 including three negotiators a branch manager, an administrator, and a tenancy progressor. The team culture is very collaborative and being based within walking distance of borough market there are plenty of opportunities for team bonding over meals and a drinks! Within this role you are you are purely in control of your own desk, you will be out valuing and listing properties, admin will be picked up by the administration team and the manager manages the staff! There is still an opportunity to negotiate your own deals and you will be incentivised for this. The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary between £25,000 - £30,000 with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of £60,000. There is no need to drive with this position. Five day working weeks with a 1 in 4 Saturday working pattern.
