About the role
Bentley and Lamborghini Leicester are looking for an experienced and reliable Valet Parking Attendant to join their fantastic team!
You will ensure that we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of customer service; taking the time to build a genuine rapport with them to ensure excellent service is achieved when visiting our showroom. Assisting customers on arrival will form a very important part of your role.
You will be responsible for keeping the site congestion to a minimum, whilst efficiently organising our internal cars between sites, to ensure we optimise our preparation times.
This is a full-time role to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About You
Ideally, you will have previous experience working with a premium brand and an understanding of the automotive industry, however, this is not essential.
However, proven experience as a professional driver, along with a clean driving licence held for 5+ years is preferable. The latter is a prerequisite due to the value and performance of our vehicles and for insurance requirements.
You should have excellent attention to detail as you will be checking over each vehicle to ensure your safety when driving, as well as identifying any blemishes or damage on the vehicle. Organisational skills are paramount in this role, as you will be responsible for maintaining the image of the dealerships.
