Job description

Our Deal Advisory teams make a meaningful and positive difference, not only for our clients, but also for our people and the communities we serve. We support businesses to overcome some of their biggest challenges, and help them create a more sustainable future, economically and environmentally.

A career in Deal Advisory involves helping our clients to buy, sell, fund, fix and partner with confidence, taking them from an initial idea right through to delivery. Looking across their business and outside it, we blend our deep sector expertise with execution skills. You can expect a real variety of work across different industries, including fashion brands, technology firms, sports stadiums, hotel groups, major energy companies, national transport companies and healthcare. It could be that you're advising a company on a merger or how to see a new acquisition through successfully or helping businesses to accelerate change such as reaching net-zero emissions and making operations more sustainable.

Our four-week Deal Advisory vacation programme is your chance to gain valuable work experience and exposure to some very high profile projects. This is your opportunity to grow, learn new skills, build your network and gain an insight into life within our diverse KPMG community. You'll have the support of a buddy and a manager to help you feel confident from the start.

We’re looking for curious and resilient individuals with an analytical mind-set good communication skills and commercial awareness. If you’re successful on the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to be considered for our Deal Advisory Graduate programme in the same office location starting in 2024.

In your role, you’ll work flexibly across your location region – at engagement sites, our offices and home. We’re creating a tech-driven business to empower and equip our people to be outstanding in delivery, no matter where they work – through inspiring collaboration spaces and new technologies.

Bring your unique perspective to our Deal Advisory teams and discover how you could make your mark.
