Role Overview
The Project Administrator will work closely with the Programme and Operations Managers and to provide comprehensive support to a rapidly growing project. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative requirements for the overall business requirements. A professional and confidential manner will be required at all times.
Responsibilities and duties
· End to end responsibility for co-ordination of customer delivery
· Input and manage streetworks / permits
· Jeopardy management of job queues and queries
· Daily Interface with the client through regular conference calls
· Complete daily / weekly / monthly reports
· Receive and review daily work stack over the internal and external systems. Management of planned start dates and completion dates on the internal system.
· Act as an interface with the customer to provide timely and accurate updates
· Raise and action from start to finish streetworks notices
· Daily / weekly reports
· Manage all noticing queues
· Liaise with the field and management daily
Skills and Qualifications
· Experience of proactive co-ordination & developing relationships with key stakeholders
· Knowledge of telecommunication or civil engineering desirable
· Able to communicate clearly and consistently
· Customer service training desirable
· Computer literate, MS Office as well as experience managing databases
· Flexibility to undertake works outside core working hour
· Experience using Street Manager / Symology desirable
· Able to work under pressure
· Ability to use computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Visio and to learn new computer skills where required.
