Who is Imber?
Imber water distillers is an online retailer which sells home water distillers. We believe everyone should have access to pure drinking water and are advocates for health and well-being.
As a young brand, we are expanding, and searching for a talented and autonomous UX/UI designer to completely overhaul the existing website, and oversee the creation of our first app. You would be the main designer, within small team of developers and marketers, so this would be a great opportunity for you to really own work, and be independent in your role.
You can work remotely, or use our office space in Hoxton.
A few of the things you'll be working on
- Re-design the user experience of the website
- Re-design the look and feel of the website
- Create beautiful and inspiring experiences that our clients will love
- Work collaboratively with our project manager and tech team to bring your designs to life
- Taking projects from ideation and delivering beautiful yet functional digital experiences. This includes considering the user journey, creating wireframes, and pixel-perfect designs and producing interactive prototypes
- Be part of brainstorming, creative problem solving and ideas sessions
Our ideal teammate will have:
- Previous digital design experience, ideally with a sway towards mobile-first and responsive web design projects.
- Have a clear understanding of, and interest in storytelling and the ability to create strong user journeys that help brands communicate
- Solid knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Miro and Adobe Creative Cloud
- A good understanding of Microsoft & Apple suites, i.e. MS Office and Keynote
- Excellent XP in interactive design fundamentals
- Personal interest in current design trends and new ways to improve
- A beautiful portfolio that illustrates creative flair, visual hierarchy and an understanding of colour and typography.
