In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of class leading UX/UI across our brands by delivering consistent/seamless look/feel through our digital transformation products.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Taking inspiration from Design, Communications and Accenture Song teams, you will play a lead role in ensuring the transformation of our brand touchpoints through the delivery of consistent UX/UI in line with our guidelines to support our product delivery .- Own, define, develop and deliver UX direction aligned to the relevant product squad and broader UX/UI design principles
- Working directly with the UX/UI Partners embedded within the squads – you will provide creative and technical guidance to the squads
- Deliver creative solutions to bespoke briefs from the squads in a timely fashion.
- Review and Optimise copy to reflect our HoB /ML positioning
- Drive consistency and alignment at every digital touchpoint.
- Actively engage with our design, digital and engineering partners to deliver a consistent UX/UI vision – gaining stakeholder approval
- Generate graphics assets, UI interactions, animations and other artefacts for product development
- Incorporate inputs from customer feedback, stakeholder feedback and market research
- Maintenance and delivery of UX/UI Guidelines – v2 and beyond (as per delivery of visual worlds)
- Delivery of related graphic assets to support guideline implementation
- Delivery of timely appropriate solutions to the partners and squad members – leading to delivery of on-time product sprints
- Positive relationship with Agency, Communication an Insights CoE and Design Teams
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Experience in UX/UI digital platform design- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- A strong sense of ‘Creative Judgement’ – becoming the core catalyst in driving Modern Luxury across our portfolio of digital products – on and off-board
- Design and deliver visuals, mock-ups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Generating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, etc. to communicate interaction & design
- Defining and creating innovative UI design, assets and interaction styles enriching User Experiences
- Proficiency in standard UX and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD, Invision, Photoshop or equivalent
