Job description
As our UX/UI Designer you will play a pivotal role in driving exceptional user experiences across our digital products. You will work in close collaboration with other Designers, Product Owners, Software Engineers, and Data Scientists to shape the overall user experience of our products from start to finish. You will develop innovative and efficient design solutions for complex products. You will also be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that enhance our digital products. You will be proactive in identifying potential design issues and lead efforts to find and implement timely solutions that drive strategic decisions.

- You will develop new product concepts, storyboards, detailed interaction designs and screen flows, and prototypes to clearly articulate solutions
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, UI mockups, visual designs, and other design deliverables that align with business and user needs
- You will conduct user research activities and usability testing to inform design decisions and continuously improve product experience
- You will create and maintain design systems, patterns, style guides and guidelines to ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms
- You will proactively identify potential design problems, anticipate challenges and implement solutions to ensure optimal user experience is delivered
- Lastly, you will track user experience metrics and reports on the success of UX improvements, including analytics
- You have extensive experience as a Designer particularly in building digital interfaces for B2B products
- You love building products from concept to launch ideally in a startup setting
- You are well versed in user research, UX design; experience planning, conducting and synthesizing user research sessions
- You have expertise in designing web applications and software, with proficiency in commonly used design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and /or other similar tools
- You have strong collaboration skills across crafts and are excited to work with a range of stakeholders from business, technology as well as experts (scientists)
- You are familiar working with design systems that consistently scale across platforms
