Currently, we're on the lookout for a highly skilled and seasoned UX/UI designer to become an integral member of our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the excellence and reliability of our products, working closely with fellow designers within the product team. Your core responsibilities will revolve around collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to comprehend user requirements and use cases, ensuring seamless alignment between our product, customer expectations, and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform your design decisions
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our clients and industry
- Scrutinise competitors' products, identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation to inform your own designs.
- Propose effective solutions to problems, drawing on your design expertise to address challenges that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to ensure that designs meet both user needs and business goals
- Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback
- Maintain and contribute to a design system that ensures consistency across all products
- Prepare and present rough drafts or prototypes to internal teams and key stakeholders
Requirements and skills
- A proven track record with over 4 years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer, within a SaaS organisation.
- Proficiency in various research methods such as interviews, surveys, A/B testing, and more.
- A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in the design process, adherence to design principles, UI responsiveness, accessibility, UI interaction and user experience. We prefer portfolios that display a diverse range of design projects.
- Experience in design systems, component development, prototyping, and overall proficiency in using Figma.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork and productive engagement within the organisation.
- Demonstrate a 'go-getter' attitude, taking the initiative to drive design projects forward independently.

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
