We have an opportunity for a UX Researcher to join their team of staff in London Cannon Street.

This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week and we can offer hybrid working with 2-3 days per week in our Head Office in London.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- We’re looking for someone who has experience in conducting user research and data analysis.
- You are able to confidently lead and ask the right questions to structure research projects and have experience of delivering the end-to-end research process, including analysis and presentation of findings and be able to show a portfolio that highlights your approach to research.
- Above all else, you will have a passion for understanding people behaviours exploring their problems when using digital services, products and websites.
- You’re able to self-manage priorities and projects organisation.
- You’re an active member of the team, contributing to the UX knowledge and practice of your colleagues.
- You identify opportunities for your own development and like to keep up to date on best practice, systems and processes in user research.
Duties of this role include:
- Research skills. You have experience in planning and conducting a range of qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys, observations, card sorting).
- Own, lead and execute all research activities, ensuring that the appropriate processes, principles, and resources are engaged to generate quality outcomes for consumers and the business.
- Analysis and synthesis. You can demonstrate experience in analysing quantitative and qualitative data and can draw actionable insights from the information available, balancing the need for further research and pragmatic decisions.
- Strategic insight. You can show an awareness of the need to align user research with team goals to support decision-making and action.
- Outputs and presentation of findings. Alongside your excellent presentation skills, you have experience in building user journey maps, personas, user flows and other artefacts that can be used to share insights internally and with stakeholders.
