As our dedication to UX continues to grow, we are seeking a talented mid-level Designer to join our dynamic UX team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and see your concepts come to life throughout the development life cycle. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently: You thrive in an environment where you can take initiative and perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Here's what we're looking for in terms of your work experience and qualifications:
- 4+ years of corporate work experience with a focus on software design across various platforms.
- A great eye for detail and demonstrated creative and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Experience in designing UI products from conception to completion, including the development process.
- Ability to effectively communicate concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and prototypes.
- Strong collaboration skills, capable of working independently and within a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for and experience with an iterative design process, driven by group critique.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design work to large groups and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Media Arts, or relevant experience.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Figma, Sketch, Proto.io, or Framer.
- Experience in mobile app and component design.
- Expertise in designing for accessibility.
- A portfolio that showcases your diverse range of creative design solutions.
