Position:
We are shortlisting now candidates on behalf of one of our clients. This position would be ideal for a Hotel Operations Manager who is ready to step up into his/her first General Manager appointment and continue his/her career with one of the UK largest independent hotel management companies.
*This is a hands-on, but leading, role in a 50-room hotel plus leisure facilities, in a beautiful and semi-rural setting.
*Only candidates who are legally eligible to live and work in the UK can be considered.
As General Manager you will have a strong focus on quality, delivering exceptional guest experiences and build on the reputation in the local area to be a hotel of choice for discerning guests and day visitors. You will be an ambassador of the hotel in the local community and delivering revenue growth by optimising occupancy and promoting the food and beverage side of the business.
The ideal candidate should be someone who can;

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £39,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Northumberland: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
