Are you an experienced UI/UX Designer who can assist us in delivering breakthrough experiences for Christian communities? Do you like to work on a variety of game changing projects, at the forefront of application development and cloud technology adoption? Are you a faithful Christian who is heartbroken over the way that people are disengaging from their faith communities in record numbers? If so, then we need to talk.
You Will:
- Design intuitive and engaging User Experiences for mobile and desktop.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product leadership.
- Identify new product improvement opportunities.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines ensuring a consistent design paradigm throughout the company.
- Partner with Development teams to ensure effective implementation.
- Work with sales and marketing ensure collateral is consistent brand guidelines.
What You Need to Get the Job Done:
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX development with a track record of delivering high quality experiences.
- Experience designing mobile applications.
- Experience with responsive web design.
- Experience developing intuitive user workflows.
- Experience with image selection and editing (Photoshop, etc.)
- Experience with Figma and FigJam (or similar design technologies)
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with all stakeholders.
- A desire to be part of a tight-knit, collaborative team.
We Will Love You If:
- You have experience with designing marketing materials, including printed materials, website, landing pages, emails, etc.
- Experience interviewing customers and potential customers to identify needs and opportunities.
- You have experience with Search Engine Optimization.
- You have experience with HubSpot.
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent professional or military experience.
