UX Designer Bristol, England
Job description
Salary: £40-60,000 per annum (depending on experience) when working full time (37.5 hours a week)
Location: Bristol area
As an agency, we work with a huge variety of startups and well-established brands.
Your role will be directly involved in the process of making a product useful, usable and enjoyable for its users. As a UX designer, you’ll need to be comfortable running collaborative design sessions with designers, developers and client stakeholders.
We need someone with the following skillset:
- Experience running workshops, interviews, focus groups, etc
- Experience gathering requirements from clients
- Able to gather research and present conclusions
- Pragmatic about UX, as a toolkit
- You can deliver wireframes & prototypes quickly
- You work well both with our multidisciplinary team and on your own
- You’re able to present to clients
- You quickly understand and balance Technological, Business Process and Commercial needs
- You have an understanding of Service Design
- You have varied project experience

We need you to be roughly Bristol-based because of the expectation that we'll be running in-person workshops in the not too distant future.
