What You Will Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist in all creative and marketing projects, including the digital magazine, media kits, brochures, infographics, sell sheets, social banners, flyers, and social media posts
Create ads for online advertising campaigns, including several dimensions of static display and animated ads
Lead and execute all web design projects including the web templates, landing pages, microsites and more
Determine the layout, font color, font type, logos, pictures, and other visual and verbal aspects of a website
Develop creative to support content for the entire website, including home page sliders and lead generation form pages
Ensure all digital assets reflect Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and lead generation best practice
Engage and participate in our team meetings
Coordinate team members and contractors to ensure tasks are done on time
Monitor daily activities and provide monthly reports to measure the result of both internal and external communications
Perform other duties as assigned

Training will be provided for this position.

What Skills You Have

Enrollment in a Graphic Design, Media Production, or other related programs at the junior or intermediate (preferred) level with a co-op option.
Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
Knowledge of digital marketing including social media and SEO and video editing is an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional writing skills and attention to details
Basic decision-making skills related to daily duties
Able to multitask, take initiative and meet deadlines
Be able to work regular business hours of 10 AM to 5 PM on a Full-time/Part-time basis
Contract length: 4 months

Part-time hours: 20 hours per week (Minimum); 3 days per week (Minimum)
