Job description

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Villa Manager to join our team. As a Villa Manager, you will be responsible for leading the safe and effective operation of the villa and ensuring the responsive performance of all staff. You will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for managing all staff within the home.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with health and social care requirements while maximizing financial capacity in the Villa.
  • Maintain an average annual occupancy rate of 95%.
  • Achieve 100% of the Standard Room Tariff each year.
  • Limit staff turnover to 20% for the review period.
  • Maintain sickness absence at below 5% each year.
  • Maintain 100% roster compliance, which may involve where required, the effective Business Continuity Plan requirements.
  • Ensure the employee behavior modification incident rate is below 5%.
  • Consistently implement the Cedar Care Policies, through the documented procedures, timely completion of Scheduled Audits, and any subsequent Remedial Action Plans, demonstrating 100% compliance each quarter.
  • Ensure 100% on-time submission of formal notifications each quarter.
  • Ensure that no avoidable incidents, accidents, and falls occur each year.
  • Achieve minimum ratings from external evaluation bodies of: Carehome.co.uk, CQC Inspections, Results of Compliance Inspections, with a high rating, good rating, and zero compliance remedial actions required, and 80% satisfaction level in all areas.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Villa Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate appropriate, concise, and accurate information in written and verbal formats.
  • The ability to focus on the bottom line, understanding the impact of all actions on the business.
  • The ability to continually look to improve their skills, knowledge, and the way the work is done.
  • The ability to understand the needs and priorities of “customers” (inside and outside the organization) and the desire to meet their expectations.
  • The ability to pre-empt problems and seize opportunities without waiting to be told.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £19.50-£21.50 per hour
