Our eCommerce team is looking for a Insight UX Analyst who will help us understand our online performance and identify opportunities in improving return-on-investment. This role will partner our other analysts and wider Ecom team to drive even stronger online performance. Using your analytical skills, you will provide performance analysis to drive key decisions and provide valuable recommendations on how to improve.
You will be working closely with UX & UI Designers, Optimisation and Product Owners to help gain valuable insight around the customer journey. Your analysis and recommendation will guide and help prioritise business strategy, product development and projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for problem solvers to hone their analytics skill set, gain real business and commercial acumen, apply statistical and technical skills, and be exposed to large datasets.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Provide deep analysis and insight
- Understand business contexts and requirements and then translate them into an analytics solution
- Identify patterns and trends relating to consumer behaviour, apply statistical analysis to determine the success of launches, page designs, initiatives, and changes in the customer’s journey
- Use quantitative analysis tools (such as Adobe Analytics) to analyse and understand traffic, user behaviour, conversion drivers, funnel and more
- Use qualitative analysis tools (such as Contentsquare) to analyse and understand user behaviour, finding out the why’s and making recommendation to help improve.
Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced numerical, statistical, and analytical skills to solve complex problems
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and software
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills to ensure delivery of timely and accurate analysis
- Excellent attention to detail, both in analysis and in communication
Desirable
- Degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or similar
- An understanding of ecommerce and consumer behaviour
- Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Working knowledge of visualisation tools e.g., Power BI, Contentsquare
